Everything You Need to Know About Logging In
Logging in to 3djl is straightforward — enter your registered mobile number or email address, type your password, and you're in. From there, your full account is available: wallet balance, betting history, active VIP tier, and access to every game and market on the platform.
If you're accessing 3djl from a device you haven't used before — a new phone, a different browser, or a friend's laptop — you may be prompted for an OTP (one-time password) sent to your registered mobile number. This is a standard security step to confirm it's actually you. It only takes a few seconds and significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access to your account.
The 3djl platform works across all modern browsers and devices. Whether you're logging in from Manila on your desktop, from Cebu on a tablet, or from anywhere in the Philippines on your mobile, the experience is the same. The dedicated 3djl mobile app — available at 3djl App — offers a streamlined login experience with optional biometric authentication on supported devices, so getting into your account takes even less time.
If you've forgotten your password, contact the support team at [email protected]. They'll verify your identity and help you regain access. Do not create a new account to get around a login issue — duplicate accounts violate the platform's Terms and Conditions and can result in all associated accounts being reviewed and suspended.
After logging in, you can set deposit limits, enable session time reminders, or apply a cooling-off period directly from your account settings — these are part of 3djl's responsible gaming tools and are there for your benefit. If you want to learn more about these features, head to the Responsible Gaming page.
All sessions on 3djl are protected by SSL/TLS encryption. This means the data travelling between your device and 3djl's servers is always encrypted — whether you're logging in, making a PHP deposit, or reviewing your betting history. You should always check that you're on the correct 3djl.app domain before entering your credentials, and avoid logging in over public Wi-Fi without a VPN.
Our support team is on 24/7. If you can't access your account, reach out and we'll sort it quickly.
