Know the Rules Before You Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 3djl platform — including the website at 3djl.app and the 3djl mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and not create an account. Continued use after any updates to these terms also constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

To create and use a 3djl account, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 3djl does not permit anyone under 21 to register or place bets.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where using such services is lawful for you personally.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or operating a business account without prior written agreement from 3djl.
• You have not been previously excluded or banned from 3djl for any reason, including violations of these terms.

3djl reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts where the holder cannot verify eligibility may be restricted or closed, and any balance may be withheld pending review.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one 3djl account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different details — is not permitted and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

When you register, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, and contact details. You must complete identity verification (KYC) as requested by 3djl, which may include submitting a government-issued ID and proof of address.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. This includes:

• Keeping your password confidential and not sharing it with anyone.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Notifying 3djl immediately via support if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3djl will not be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Currency

All transactions on 3djl are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no currency conversion involved in deposits or withdrawals.

Accepted deposit methods include Philippine e-wallets (such as GCash and Maya) and local bank transfers. Deposits are credited to your 3djl wallet once the transaction is confirmed by the payment processor. 3djl does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as deposit or wagering methods.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same or equivalent payment method used for the deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Your identity has been verified through KYC before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance have been met.
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold set at the time of the request.

3djl aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. VIP members at higher tiers benefit from priority and express processing. See the Withdrawal page for current processing timeframes.

3djl reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or unusually large amounts.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 3djl — whether on sports, live casino, slot games, eBingo, or any other available product — are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after confirmation unless 3djl explicitly offers a cash-out or void option for that specific market.

3djl reserves the right to:

• Void bets placed on events affected by technical errors, incorrect odds, or data feed failures.
• Suspend markets or delay settlement pending the outcome of an event review.
• Apply maximum bet limits to any account at any time, particularly where patterns of abuse or system exploitation are suspected.

For sports betting, outcomes are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body. In cases of dispute, 3djl's decision — made in good faith on the available information — is final.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

From time to time, 3djl may offer bonuses, reload offers, cashback, or other promotional incentives to players. These are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made or available in your account.

General rules that apply to all 3djl promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Wagering requirements — if applicable — must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• 3djl does not guarantee the availability of any specific bonus and may modify or withdraw promotions at any time.
• Any attempt to abuse promotional offers, including through multiple accounts or coordinated play, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.

3djl will not publish specific bonus percentages, amounts, or wagering multipliers in these general Terms. Current offer details are available in your account's promotions section when applicable.

7. Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

3djl is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gaming on this platform is intended as entertainment. It does not guarantee winnings, and no strategy or system can predict or change the outcome of games of chance.

The following tools are available to all registered players through their account settings:

• Deposit limits – set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can top up.
• Session time reminders – receive alerts after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion – temporarily or permanently restrict access to your account if you feel your gaming is becoming difficult to manage.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 3djl and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Attempting to defraud 3djl or other players through any means, including chargeback abuse, collusion, or exploitation of technical errors.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform in any way.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Opening more than one account per individual.
• Accessing the platform in jurisdictions where doing so is prohibited by local law.
• Engaging in money laundering or using 3djl to process funds for any illegal purpose.

3djl cooperates with law enforcement authorities and may disclose account information where legally required to do so.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

3djl reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without notice, if there is reasonable cause to believe that the terms of this agreement have been violated, or if required by applicable law or regulation.

Players may also request voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting 3djl support. Pending withdrawals will be processed according to the standard procedure following identity verification. Any funds remaining after confirmed obligations are fulfilled will be returned to the account holder's verified payment method.

10. Changes to These Terms

3djl may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
